Shipping Methods

Jacob Cohën prepares all orders in Italy. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after the order is confirmed. Please note that during sale periods or holidays, order processing may experience slight delays.

Jacob Cohën delivers orders worldwide via DHL Express. Delivery times are estimated from the moment the package is shipped, not from when the order is placed online.

Jacob Cohën disclaims all responsibility for delays in shipping or delivery caused by the courier due to weather conditions, international customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond Jacob Cohën's control.

For security reasons, an adult's signature is required upon delivery. If no-one is available to sign and DHL cannot deliver the order, the courier will leave a note and the package will be dropped off at the closest Service Point. Please make sure you collect the parcel or contact DHL as soon as possible, as uncollected packages will be returned to our warehouse.

Shipping Costs

Please note that if, for any reason, the customer refuses delivery of the order, the shipping costs and any import duties or taxes related to the automatic return of the package to our warehouse will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.
Jacob Cohën offers DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) shipping to all countries/regions: any taxes, customs fees, and import duties for non-European destinations are included in the total order amount.

Shipment Tracking

When your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number. To follow the delivery, you can visit the courier's website and enter the tracking number in the "Track Your Order" section.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a free return pick-up service using the prepaid return label provided after filling in the return request form.
This service is available to all customers for returning products purchased online (exceptions are indicated in the Return Policy).
We recommend returning products in their original packaging to ensure they're protected during transit.
If you follow the instructions provided in our Terms of Service, you can return the products free of charge. You will be refunded the full price of the items to the payment method used for the original order, subject to the Return Policy Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded.

Booking Free Return Pick-Up

1. Go to the "Return Your Order" section on jacobcohen.com and enter your order number and email address.
2. Select the items you wish to return and complete the form.
3. You will receive the DHL Express return waybilland instructions for shipping the items via email.

Before shipping the items, please ensure that they comply with the guidelines on the Terms and Conditions page.

How to Ship

1. Carefully pack the items in their original boxes, making sure to include all accessories.
2. Print the pre-paid return waybill, valid for free return shipping with DHL. Stick the waybill on the box, removing or covering any existing labels.
3. Visit the MyDHL+ website to choose a pick-up date or to select a drop-off point.. The return must be handed to the courier within 14 days from receiving your return waybill.

Please note that each waybill can only be used once for a single package.
